At Level One Game Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
